The Sunday email, the nudge when sessions stop, and what happens when your student flags something.
The weekly email
Every Sunday evening we send a short summary of each student's week: the days they practised, what they finished and mastered, anything that needs a refresh, homework progress, and answers worth a look together. It goes to your email address once you've verified it.
A nudge if they miss a few days
If your student goes 3 days without a session, we let you know in the app and by email, so a missed habit doesn't quietly turn into a missed fortnight. The nudge only goes to you, never to your student.
You can turn the weekly email and the nudge off, separately, in Settings → Alerts.
When your student flags something
If your student taps "This looks wrong" on a question or a mark, you get a notification that opens that session. The report comes to us too and we review it. It doesn't change the mark by itself - if you agree with them, you can change the mark from History.
